OMG... yesterday I started my class Intro to GD... I'm glad I found ur video. The professor had us doing this yesterday and I was soooo lost! Now I'm starting to understand better. I know it takes a lot of practice and patience. I can assure u I will be watching this tutorial over and over and over again! Especially that we are using a Mac! Thanks for making this video!!!! Can I take u 2 my class? LOL

I have a problem: I'm tracing over a logo with block letters to recreate into vector. Letters like A and D and P that have "empty" spaces in them and i cant seem to get the space deleted from the closed path. How can i remove the space in the letter or any solid object for that matter?

if i connect the ends of a path, how can i make the path getting smooth. If i do it as you did in the video, you always gonna get a corner. If i smooth that path, it destroys the first stroke i did. but i only want the last stroke to become smooth and not changing anything to my first anchor point (not change any bezier-parameter-point of the first anchor point) im using Illustrator CS5 |
